Smoothie recipes are INFINITE, which means you don’t really ever need a recipe!*

What DO you need?

A blender…everything else listed below is optional and should be catered to your preferences and taste:

  • Juice
  • Yogurt/milk (regular or dairy free)
  • Frozen and/or fresh fruit
  • Spinach
  • Nut or sunflower butter
  • Honey

Toss everything together and blend to desired consistency. If you have extra, pour into popsicle molds and freeze for a refreshing summer snack.

*Unless you are following a prescribed diet and/or using protein/supplement powders
