    We love love love love love those tasty little cheesy saucey ricey fried balls featured as appetizers in many Italian or tapas restaurants, plus we love love love love love Heidi's Puttanesca sauce, so we HAD to make something combining both of these loves as an entree. Brown rice, sweet Italian sausage, puttanesca and mozzarella handle the cheesy, saucey, ricey part; then seasoned gluten free breadcrumbs give a crunch! This will be delivered with house-made caesar salad.

    Love mushrooms?  We sure do, but sometimes the little people in our house are not so sure.  The good thing is that even my girl who SWEARS she does not like mushrooms LOVES this soup!!

    Heidi’s soups are made with whole, fresh ingredients, then frozen in 24 oz containers; so you can either thaw and enjoy right away or keep in your freezer for those days/weeks when you need to figure out one more dinner.  Serve with crusty bread and/or salad and you’ve got a complete, healthy and enjoyable meal!
